The Spirit of Oceanus has been acquired by TN Cruise K/S of Denmark, an investment company.
The 4,200-ton, 120-passenger vessel, the former Renaissance Five, will be managed by International Shipping Partners (ISP) of Miami.
Renamed the Sea Spirit the vessel is available for long-term charter, according to Niels-Erik Lund, president of ISP, who said that charter inquiries should be directed to him.
