Norwegian Cruise Line has chosen CruCon Cruise Outlet, an online travel company based in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, as its 2009 Elite Agency of the Year for their record numbers in revenue growth and their continued commitment to Norwegian.  CruCon is a member of the line’s President’s Club Elite comprised of the top performing travel partners.

Since launching Partnership 2.0 in 2007, Norwegian has strengthened its relationship with its travel partners through more than 100 initiatives, including: earlier processing of group commissions, a seven-day a week resolution desk, simplified and consistent pricing quotes, improved credit card policies, electronic payment processing, enhanced confirmations and a premium flight-assistance desk to name a few.

CruCon has also taken an active role in Norwegian’s exciting online travel partner education tool NCL U with more than half of its agents enrolled and 50 percent Freestyle Certified.  By earning NCL U’s Freestyle Certification, CruCon’s agents are considered among the most qualified expert representatives on Norwegian’s Freestyle Cruising.

As a result of the award, CruCon will be given a chance to sail on any Norwegian cruise in the line’s luxurious 5,000 square-foot Garden Villas, the largest and most luxurious accommodations at sea.  Located on a private deck with key card access at the top of the ship, these extravagant villas offer large living and dining rooms, three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, along with a whirlpool and steam room located in the villa’s private garden.  Each of two Garden Villas also includes butler and concierge service for the entire cruise.  Norwegian’s Garden Villas are available on Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Pearl, Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Dawn, Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Star.
