Steiner Aboard Seabourn Odyssey

Steiner Leisure has announced that it has entered into an amendment to extend the term of its agreement with Seabourn Cruise Line through December 2014 and to provide that Steiner will serve Seabourn’s new “Odyssey” class vessels upon their completion. The “Odyssey” class is proposed to consist of three ships, the first of which is anticipated to enter service in June 2009. Under its agreement with Seabourn, Steiner provides spa, beauty and wellness services and products on Seabourn vessels.

The debut of the Seabourn “Odyssey” class will unveil many firsts for Seabourn, including stunning two-deck spas featuring luxurious couples’ villas and cabanas, fitness centers with Italian state-of-the art fitness and strength equipment by Technogym, and full Kinesis systems.

Guests will also be invited to enjoy Thai massage studios, indoor and outdoor relaxation hydro-pool areas and an extensive range of Elemis treatments and products.

Leonard Fluxman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Steiner Leisure, said, “We have collaborated with Seabourn for many years and have always been proud to treat their discerning guests to our services and products. The new “Odyssey” class ships will truly introduce a new plateau of ultra-luxury travel, and we are very excited for the opportunity to supplement the extraordinary luxury of these beautiful vessels with our premier services and products.”
