The International Transport Workers Federation (ITF) has established a new website, which it calls a “resource devoted to the worldwide seafaring community.” The site offers information on seafarers’ rights, a ship look-up tool, and an online blog covering a variety of topics and issues, as well as maritime news.
ITF members include 653 unions representing more than 4.5 million transportation workers (including seafarers) in 148 countries.
