Royal Caribbean Reveals Oasis of the Seas Sports Deck and Spa

Royal Caribbean International revealed two new neighborhoods on Oasis of the Seas on Tuesday night – the Pools and Sports Deck and the Vitality at Sea Spa.

The two areas represent the breadth of options such a large ship can offer. There are quiet, classy adults-only facilities, such as the two-story Solarium at the bow; and there is the H20 Zone kids pool with an enormous plastic octopus that shoots water from its eight limbs. A zip line allows truly active guests the thrill of speeding hundreds of feet over the ship’s canyon-like Central Park, and an expanded rock-climbing wall gives sports enthusiasts an additional challenge.

The pool deck features 10 whirlpools and four pools, including one with a sloped edge that resembles an ocean-side setting. There are also two large FlowRiders for surfing simulation.
