Imtech announces the acquisition of Van BergeHenegouwen Installaties B.V. (VBH). The total purchase price (including earn-out) is based on about five times the EBIT and will be paid in cash. The acquisition will contribute directly to the profit per share. The management of VBH will stay on after the acquisition.
