Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has published a new 52-page full color brochure for the North American market.
The 2008-2009 cruise collection includes sailings to the Baltic Sea, Iceland and Greenland, the Norwegian fjords, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, as well as transatlantic voyages and world cruises. European cruises depart from a number of convenient UK ports including Dover, Southampton, Newcastle, Liverpool, Leith and Greenock. Mediterranean cruises depart from both the UK and Rome/Civitavecchia and Caribbean cruises depart from hubs at Bridgetown and, beginning this year, Miami.
Balmoral, the line’s newest ship, will offer four ten and 11-night eastern and western Caribbean cruises from Miami in the spring of 2008. The refitted Braemar will offer a complete season of 14-night eastern, western and southern Caribbean cruises from Miami from November 2008 to April 2009, along with an 11-night Music of Your Life Big Band cruise on December 11th and a 17-night Caribbean Christmas cruise departing Miami December 22, 2008.
Fred. Olsen Cruises is one of the best-known and most highly respected names in UK cruising with attractive, award-winning features that set the company apart from others. These features include “decidedly human in scale” classic ships; unique and varied itineraries; accommodations for single travelers, families and disabled passengers as well as a large number of balcony cabins; an “English Country House” atmosphere; and shipboard friendliness.
In addition to Balmoral and Braemar, the line’s fleet includes Boudicca, Black Watch and Black Prince, all featuring Fred. Olsen’s traditional, award-winning service.
