AIDA Cruises has awarded a third newbuilding contract to Meyer Weft for another 68,500-ton, 2,030-passenger ship to be delivered in spring 2008.
AIDA previously contracted Meyer to build and deliver two ships in the same socalled Sphinx class for deliveries in 2007 and 2009.
