Norwegian Cruise Line has ordered a 93 000-ton sister ship to the Norwegian Jewel from Meyer Werft for delivery in February 2007 and has signed a letter of intent with Aker Yards for a 89,000-ton ship for delivery in spring of 2007. The letter of intent is valid until the end of January 2005 and includes an option for a second ship for delivery in early 2008.
