Overseas Shipholding Group has reported a net loss of $8.6 million or $0.24 per share on revenues of $413.9 milliion for the year ended Dec. 31, 1995. including a loss of $1.2 from its 49 percent holding in Celebrity Cruises, compared to a loss of $6.2 million or $0.17 per share on revenues of $364 million the previous year.
For the fourth quarter OSG reported net income of $1.4 million. or $0.4 per share, compared to a loss of $4.4 million or $0.12 per share a year ago. Included in 1995 is the sale of a tanker in the fourth quarter.
