Overseas Shipholding Group has reported net income of $14 million on revenues of $315.7 million for Celebrity Cruises for the year ended Dec. 31, 1993.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 1993, OSG reported net income for Celebrity of $2.7 million on revenues of $76.4 million compared to a loss of $431,158 on revenues of $68 million in the same period in 1992.

Also, in addition to exercising its option on a third Century-class vessel, which was announced this past month, Celebrity Cruises has an option on a fourth Century class ship. While the fourth ship was not mentioned initially, it has since been confirmed by company sources.
