Greyhound Set to Buy Home Lines

The Greyhound Corporation has announced that it has entered into negotiations with Home Lines for the sale of substantially all the assets of Home Lines to Premier Cruise Lines, a subsidiary of Greyhound.

There have long been rumors about the imminent sale of Home Lines and CIN recently reported that Premier would be adding two ships to its fleet during the course of 1988.

Negotiatios are expected to be completed by year end, according to Bruce Nierenberg, Executive Vice President at Premier.
