An investor group consisting of senior management of American Hawaii Cruises and outside investors, have reached an agreement to acquire the cruise line by year-end from its owner, American Global Lines of New York.
The acquisition will cover all of the operations of American Hawaii, and provide additional financial resources to accelerate the line’s future plans.
Terms of the acquisition remain confidential.
